Dear Parish and Organization Leaders
Last year a plan was created to set up a master calendar for all the parish events. There was some success with this calendar, not having had one in the past.
This summer, it is once again time for all parish and organizational leaders to review the attached request form. After speaking with your associated teams, we ask that you please complete the ISJ EVENT AND FACILITY REQUEST FORM for all requested activities you would like to schedule between September 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026.
All Events and Facility Usage will need to complete an application and adhere to parish policy to make the calendar work properly. In no way is this an attempt to limit parish or organization events. However, because of limited space and time, it is not always possible to schedule your event on the date you requested. Please remember to submit an alternate date.
These request forms must be submitted by August 10, 2025 for review. Please complete one form for each unique event you are requesting. If you have regularly scheduled, recurring meetings, these may be placed on one form. Please keep to your requested time frame, as other events may be happening on the same day in the same location.
Forms may be submitted by E-mail (calendar@incarnationstjames.org). They also may be mailed through post, or delivered to the Parish office, marked to the attention of PARISH EVENTS.

We are including a few copies of the application form for your convenience. They may also be found on the parish website under PARISH LIFE - CALENDAR.
Thank you in advance for taking time to help us keep from over-scheduling events at either ISJ campus. Your support will help our parish community grow and strengthen our ties to God and to each other.
